Production Engineer Compensation:

$100,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience

Location:

Catoosa, Oklahoma Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Production Engineer to join their team! This is a fantastic direct hire opportunity for a hands-on engineering professional who enjoys improving production performance, solving process challenges, and leading operators in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll have the chance to make a real impact on day-to-day operations while building toward future leadership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Support daily production across chemical processing equipment Improve throughput, yields, cycle times, and product quality Perform material balance and production data analysis Troubleshoot equipment and process issues Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions Develop SOPs, production instructions, and technical documents Partner with maintenance on preventive maintenance planning Supervise operators and support shift coordination Promote safety, compliance, and training best practices Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering 3-5 years in a supervisory role within chemical manufacturing Strong knowledge of chemical production processes Experience troubleshooting equipment and process issues Understanding of preventive maintenance principles Experience working in PSM-regulated environments Strong communication and leadership skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Nice to

Have Skills & Experience:

Experience with production or process modeling software Exposure to CAPEX planning or project input Background in HAZOP, MOC, or incident investigations Experience coaching and developing team members Familiarity with continuous improvement projects
