Develop and implement process flow improvements to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce cycle times. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other industry best practices. Evaluate production capacity and recommend equipment upgrades, layout changes, and process improvements to support future growth. Partner with Design and R&D teams to ensure new products are manufacturable, cost-effective, and integrated efficiently into existing production processes. Conduct root cause analysis on production inefficiencies and work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions. Evaluate equipment utilization and lead the planning and integration of new equipment to improve production flow and minimize downtime. Develop and maintain process layouts, process flow documentation, SOPs, and other manufacturing standards. Identify and implement cost-reduction opportunities related to production layouts, equipment utilization, and material handling. Collaborate with Production, Quality, and R&D teams to resolve manufacturing and product flow issues. Travel occasionally for vendor selection, audits, equipment evaluations, and related business needs. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or manufacturing optimization within a production environment. Strong knowledge of production layout optimization, workflow management, and manufacturing systems. Experience with CAD/CAM software and other engineering tools used for facility layouts and process design. Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple departments. Ability to evaluate manufacturing processes, equipment, and capacity to support operational growth. Must be willing and able to travel as needed. #INDOMNI
