What You Will Do Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce waste Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, routing structures, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) Establish standard work, cycle times, and line balancing to support production goals Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across labor, materials, and operations Support new product launches, pilot builds, and production validations Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation Partner with cross-functional teams to solve complex manufacturing challenges Monitor key performance metrics and drive corrective actions when needed Support compliance with quality standards including ISO 9001 and
IATF 16949
What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related Engineering field 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or process improvement Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies Experience developing process documentation, BOMs, routings, and standard work Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) Experience with ERP/MRP systems and engineering change management Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills Automotive or
IATF 16949
