Continuous Improvement/Industrial Engineer

Job Description The Continuous Improvement Engineer plays a critical role in enhancing manufacturing processes with a focus on efficiency, cost reduction, and overall process optimization. This position involves analyzing existing production workflows to identify opportunities for improvement using data-driven insights and Lean manufacturing principles. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Continuous Improvement Engineer develops and implements strategies that streamline operations, improve product quality, and promote a safer work environment. Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, prioritizing, and executing process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies
• Lead Balance Scorecard events and related performance improvement initiatives
• Conduct and lead Industrial Management Process audits
• Manage site reporting of Continuous Improvement KPIs
• Lead site and corporate Continuous Improvement (CI) events
• Drive and expand the "belt" certification approach within the site
• Deploy and train team members on Safran methodologies, tools, and best practices (FOD, Human Factors, Poka Yoke, etc.)
• Manage and sustain the 5S program
• Lead deployment of QRQC methodology and coach QRQC leaders
