  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
  • 3-5 years of related work experience
  • Familiar with Procure-to-Pay or SAP
  • Demonstrates experience in one of the following disciplines: Quality Engineering, Systems Engineering, Materials Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering
  • Utilizes proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Preferred Skills
  • Possesses a technical Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
  • Applies experience with Supply Chain Quality Engineering
  • Supports defect resolution through the implementation of effective root cause corrective action
  • Maintains Quality MRB certification
  • Utilizes Lean Six-Sigma Green Belt certification
  • Holds ASQ Certified Quality Engineer certification Job Duties & Functions
  • Applies quality principles to design, incoming material, production control, product evaluation, inventory control, and research and development activities
  • Performs technical evaluations of product requirements, specifications, models, drawings, and procedures
  • Collaborates with program management, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customers to resolve quality-related issues
  • Supports product failure investigations, material review board activities, and corrective/preventive action implementation
  • Ensures corrective actions meet reliability standards and compliance requirements
  • Develops strategies and systems to improve internal and supplier quality performance and productivity
  • Evaluates quality systems to identify deficiencies and implement corrective measures
  • Designs and analyzes inspection and testing processes, mechanisms, and equipment
  • Conducts product quality testing and statistical analysis for nonconforming materials and products
