What will you do? As part of the Operations Team, you will support the development of process standards, analyze improvement opportunities, and use lean methodology to improve safety, quality, and productivity. S/he will be responsible for collaborating with various departments in order to: Perform Lean Manufacturing Techniques and Studies to optimize safety, quality, and process flow (5S, Root Cause Analysis, Cellular Flow) Study and Analyze Operations Processes to determine inefficiencies Conduct Critical Observations and provide feedback on process opportunities Drive the development of accurate cycle time standards Develop and improve Operations Work Instructions Other duties as assigned Core Competencies Required Demonstrated ability to work well with others and adapt to an ever-changing environment Proven communication and presentation skills Working knowledge of statistical analysis, lean manufacturing, Excel at a minimum, Minitab preferred Education and/or
Relative Experience:
A minimum of 1 year of college in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering (2 Years preferred).
