Job Description Industrial Data Analytics Engineer, Onsite We have an immediate need for an experienced Industrial Engineering Analytics Engineer with strong expertise in manufacturing analytics, capacity modeling, labor and cost modeling, process optimization, simulation, and data-driven decision-making to design and develop scalable industrial engineering solutions. This is an onsite position based in Pittsburgh, PA, for a candidate with deep experience in Capacity Modeling, OEE, Cycle Time Analysis, Bottleneck Analysis, Labor & Cost Modeling, COGS, LOH, ROI/NPV/IRR, Manufacturing Analytics, Process Optimization, FlexSim, AnyLogic, Simio, Advanced Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, PFEP, Material Flow Modeling, Scenario Analysis, Sensitivity Modeling, Forecasting, AI/ML Analytics, MES, and Shop-Floor Data Integration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing industrial engineering models for capacity, labor, cost, and throughput optimization, integrating manufacturing and shop-floor data with analytics systems, performing scenario and financial analysis, and delivering data-driven recommendations to improve factory performance, operational efficiency, and cost.
