Summary:

Voith Turbo is seeking a motivated Engineering Intern to join our Production Engineering Team in York, PA. This internship provides hands-on experience supporting assembly operations while developing real-world engineering skills. The Production Engineering Intern will work closely with Production Engineers to maintain and improve process documentation, support continuous improvement initiatives, and assist with operational excellence activities.

Responsibilities:

Assist Production Engineers in updating and maintaining process documentation Support 5S, Operational Excellence, and Continuous Improvement initiatives on the production floor Help analyze and document production processes to improve efficiency and consistency Participate in problem-solving and process improvement activities Organize technical documents and engineering data using Microsoft Office tools

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering. Mechanical/Industrial or Electrical preferred. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to work collaboratively in both office and shop floor settings

Preferred Skills:

Experience with 3D modeling, CAD software, or 3D printing Voith US Inc. is an
