The Production Enterprise Services group supports modernization and integration of production systems across LANL's weapons manufacturing mission, including enterprise architecture mapping, digital workflow improvements, and technology insertion.Overview:
This Enterprise Production Manager role is a 12-month, onsite contract role. The EPM serves as a subject matter expert supporting digital transformation, production system maturation, and enterprise architecture improvements across multiple LANL programs. This role is ideal for a highly experienced professional who can bridge production operations, digital tools, wireless technologies, and data integration requirements. No supervisory duties. Key Responsibilities- Support digital transformation and modernization of production systems.
- Map enterprise production architecture and data flows.
- Assist with Production Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools and Bill of Materials integration.
- Support introduction of RFID/Bluetooth technologies into harsh or restricted environments.
- Evaluate data interfaces, user interface needs, and centralized data integration.
- Conduct gap analyses on current vs. future digital production tools.
- Contribute to infrastructure and workflow improvements across multiple projects. Hiring Requirement All new hires must pass a federal background check and drug test, including medical marijuana screening.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, industrial technology, or related technical field; advanced experience may substitute.
- Department of Energy Q security clearance is required for this role. A TS could be considered for someone who can start quickly.
- 5+ years of experience in production operations, enterprise systems, or digital transformation roles.
- Experience with PLM tools, production architecture mapping, or manufacturing lifecycle systems.
- Knowledge of RFID/Bluetooth technologies and deployment in demanding environments.
- Understanding of data interfaces, data warehouses, and connected production workflows.
- Ability to work onsite in a secure production environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to support multiple projects concurrently.

This role supports the reliability, performance, and maintainability of software solutions and may involve working with large-scale systems containing millions of lines of code. Positions are available at the Entry, Intermediate, and Senior levels based on qualifications and experience. TechSource is hiring a full-time P6 Project Controls Scheduler to support the Los Alamos National Lab. In this role, you will provide scheduling expertise to large, complex schedules, This is a fully onsite work in Los Alamos, NM. The position does offer a 4/10 work schedule, with 10 hour workdays Monday - Thursday. If you are seeking a remote role, still apply! We have several roles. - Manage complex schedules using Primavera P6.
- Communicate with customers on status updates regarding schedules, including budgets, deliverables, and timelines.
- Work under minimal supervision and effectively manage multiple/changing priorities as required.

- Active DOE Q (or DoD Top Secret) security clearance required.
- 5 or more years of Primavera P6 project controls work experience.
- Demonstrated experience with DOE Order 413.3B, Program and Project Management for the Acquisition of Capital Assets.
