Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive, compassionate care to patients with a range of medical-surgical diagnoses. Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes. Monitor patient progress, administer medications, and document care accurately. Educate patients and families on treatment and recovery. Uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Qualifications:

Current, unencumbered RN license. Recent experience in medical-surgical nursing settings. Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills. BLS and ACLS certifications (preferred). Adaptable, team-oriented mindset and a commitment to patient-centered care.
