Job Description

Role:

Fullstack Production Support Exp :

10+ yrs

Location:

SFO or San Ramon, CA (Hybrid)

Scope :

Local Full-Stack Developer for L1 production support on the EWS 2.0 / Prism project. Will serve as first line of defense for platform health, incident triage, and rapid troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

Incident Triage & Resolution:

Investigate and resolve L1 support tickets across .NET backends and React frontends.

Application Monitoring:

Use Dynatrace to monitor uptime, track performance metrics, and inspect transaction traces.

Automated Testing:

Execute and maintain Playwright test suites for synthetic checks and post-release verification.

Escalation & RCA:

Perform initial root-cause analysis and route complex issues to L2/L3 engineering squads. Required Skills Hands-on experience with .NET (C#) and React. Proficiency in Dynatrace (APM) and Playwright (E2E testing). Finance/Wealth Management experience a plus. Regards, Prakash prakash.v(@)smg(-)llc(.)us
