job summary: Our client is seeking an Industrial Engineering Lead in Jackson, MI, to drive operational excellence through process optimization and team leadership. Partner with SMEs to review current performance, identify waste, and develop standardized work instructions and error-proofing measures.

Conduct time and motion studies, variability analyses, and root cause assessments to determine unit costs and identify efficiency opportunities.

Define future-state processes and KPIs, utilizing technology and automation to optimize workflows and ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery.

Foster a culture of excellence by implementing new policies and technical enhancements that yield tangible benefits across the organization.
