What You Will Do- Utilize analytical capabilities and communications skills to lead rapid resolution of supplier caused issues impacting the factory, working with other quality functions and cross-functional teams.
- Represent supplier assurance as the onsite interface to Raytheon factories supporting factory tier meetings, layered process assessments, and nonconforming material reviews.
- Analyze supplied material non-conformance metrics and develop action plans to address top and systemic drivers.
- Investigate issues with supplied material ensuring accuracy of defect documentation, robust root-cause analysis, and corrective solutions are fully implemented
- Assist with quarantine, containment and screening of suspect defective supplied hardware. Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and five (5) years of experience in related Quality, Operations, Engineering or related technical discipline
- Experience with Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) tools and processes
- Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management System
- Experience with hardware inspection techniques and interpreting engineering drawings
- The ability to obtain an interim clearance prior to start date and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required . U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Qualifications We Prefer
- Proven success in building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
- Experience in DoD product and process oversight including requirements, build, integration, test and delivery
- High computer proficiency, including skills working with SAP/ PRISM and Microsoft Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Six Sigma, Lean and / or American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certification (CQE, CQM/OE, CSQE, CQA, CRE, etc.
