About the role:
We are seeking a Packaging Engineer Assistant to support packaging development and commercialization initiatives for omni-channel and e-commerce products Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering , or a related discipline. 2-5 years of CPG/consumer products commercialization experience , preferably with hands-on packaging development. Experience with packaging materials, components, testing, validation, and documentation. Working knowledge of torque, sealing, assembly, labeling, printing, and package component requirements . Understanding of manufacturing and packaging operations, including filling, capping, sealing, coding, packing, palletizing, and transit. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing requirements, and work independently. Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and collaboration skills. Ability to develop packaging solutions that consider sustainability, PCR content, recyclability, and fit-for-purpose design .
Pay:
