Key Responsibilities:

Develop alerting and application dashboards using Splunk as well as utilizing APM tools such as Dynatrace Implement synthetic and business process monitoring tools such as SiteScope, Glassbox, Catchpoint. Utilize ticketing systems like Remedy or ServiceNow Work with Windows and Linux Systems Utilize AGILE toolsets (JIRA, BitBucket, Confluence) and AGILE methodology Shell scripting and Linux/Windows system administration Debugging and analysis Communicate and drive vendors, system admins and others to deliver solutions together This is a hybrid role and requires 3 days a week on-site in

A minimum of 4 years of experience developing alerting and application dashboards using Splunk as well as utilizing APM tools such as Dynatrace A minimum of 4 years of experience with implementation of synthetic and business process monitoring tools such as SiteScope, Glassbox, and/or Catchpoint. A minimum of 3 years of experience with agile methodology A minimum of 3 years of experience with Splunk Architect Associate Degree Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
