Position Description:
We are seeking a Senior Multimedia Producer with strong agency-level production experience to lead high-impact video and photo content production projects from concept through delivery. This role is ideal for a hands-on producer who excels in vendor management, production planning, and cost evaluation , ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, creative teams, and external vendors to deliver compelling multimedia content that supports strategic storytelling and brand initiatives. This role requires strong production judgment, contract evaluation skills, and cost transparency expertise .
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end multimedia production (pre-production, on-set execution, post-production, and delivery) Manage and direct external vendors, agencies, and production partners Evaluate SOWs, vendor quotes, contracts, and change requests to ensure cost efficiency and scope accuracy Coordinate talent, crew, equipment, locations, and production logistics Develop and manage production schedules, timelines, and resource plans Facilitate creative brainstorming sessions and pre-production planning meetings Oversee on-set operations , ensuring smooth execution and stakeholder alignment Track and report production budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics (budget awareness, not ownership) Identify cost risks and recommend rescoping, rebidding, or alternative production approaches Ensure compliance with quality standards, governance policies, and delivery expectations Partner with stakeholders to align production output with business goals and marketing strategy Research and recommend emerging production technologies and industry best practices
Required Skills/Education:
5+ years of experience in video production, multimedia production, or content production (agency or in-house) Proven expertise in end-to-end production lifecycle management Strong experience managing vendors, contracts, and production budgets Ability to evaluate production costs, scopes, and vendor pricing with confidence Experience leading cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects Advanced knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and risk management Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong decision-making ability with a focus on quality, efficiency, and cost control Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with video editing, videography, or post-production tools Familiarity with production software and non-linear editing systems Experience conducting on-camera interviews and talent direction Knowledge of virtual production tools and video conferencing platforms
