Hybrid What you will do Technical Operations Package Development Engineer Co-Op January - June 2027 This position reports into Technical Operations Principal Engineer, Package Development and is based at Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. The Tech Ops Package Development Co-Op provides each student with real-life hands-on experience, coaching and mentoring, networking opportunities, as well as the opportunity to meet people from various schools throughout the country. Multi-functional collaboration provides an opportunity to partner with a variety of people in the organization and develop your leadership, analytical, and project management skills to build a strong career foundation. Key Responsibilities Support package development activities for a broad portfolio of consumer healthcare products including OTC drugs and dietary supplements Create and/or update packaging component and assembly drawings and material specifications Document all packaging design, development, and testing to comply with internal processes and regulatory requirements Support package development activities in Manufacturing Operations including packaging line trials Interact with outside suppliers for packaging component development, evaluation, and testing Recommend alternatives and solutions to resolve supply chain disruptions and emerging requirements What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications Candidates must be actively enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Packaging Engineering/Science, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related degree. Minimum GPA of 2.8 is required Candidates must be diligent, highly organized, and able to handle multiple tasks Candidates must have the ability to work individually (independently) as well as on a team Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills is required Candidates need to be proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Power Point Strong oral and written communication skills Desired Qualifications Demonstrated leadership and/or participation in campus/community service activities is desired Candidates must: Be available to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the co-op term Be available to travel to the office.
