This role offers hands-on experience in a sewing/production facility and is designed to develop future leaders for key management positions. Key Responsibilities Participate in a comprehensive training program across textile production and sewing operations Learn end-to-end manufacturing processes, including cutting, sewing, finishing, and quality control Assist in monitoring production efficiency, workflow, and operational performance Support quality assurance initiatives and ensure adherence to industry standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, supply chain, and management Analyze production data and recommend process improvements Maintain safety, compliance, and operational best practices within the facility Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Technology Strong interest in textile manufacturing and production operations Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Willingness to learn and grow into leadership roles
