Job Description

Process Technician 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars A rapidly growing manufacturing company in the renewable energy sector is seeking a Process Engineering Technician to support daily production operations and ensure process performance stays optimized. This role is responsible for monitoring manufacturing processes, troubleshooting issues, adjusting equipment parameters, and driving continuous improvement across the production line. This is a hands-on technical position ideal for someone with a strong background in process control, manufacturing support, and data-driven problem solving. Key Responsibilities Monitor daily production processes and make adjustments to maintain smooth operations Verify process integrity, output performance, rework trends, and resolve anomalies Perform routine checks of machine parameters, recipes, and operating conditions Collect and evaluate production and quality data to support optimization Diagnose and troubleshoot routine equipment or process issues quickly and effectively Ensure process changes and product transitions follow established standards Identify deviations from normal process conditions and take corrective action or escalate when needed Support implementation of new process technologies, equipment upgrades, and material testing Develop preventative measures to reduce recurrence of production disruptions Train other team members through structured buddy/trainer certification processes Participate in productivity and yield improvement initiatives Maintain compliance with legal, safety, and environmental requirements Provide technical support to manufacturing teams as needed Preferred Skills & Experience Background or degree in a science or engineering-related field (chemistry, mechanical, physics, etc.) Experience supporting manufacturing or production operations on-site Ability to track and interpret production and quality data Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams Traits for Success Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Excellent time and project management skills Team-focused mindset with commitment to continuous learning Strong precision and process discipline Willingness to work rotating Pitman-style shift schedules Education & Training Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field OR equivalent hands-on experience Technical training (electronics, mechanical, industrial, etc.) preferred Minimum of 6 months of hands-on manufacturing/process support experience Experience in process control or fabrication environments is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive market wages Paid Time Off (vacation, sick, holidays) Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition reimbursement Employee recognition programs Additional employee purchase and incentive programs Apply Now If you're a process-focused technician who enjoys troubleshooting, data analysis, and supporting high-performance manufacturing operations, we encourage you to apply today.rf
Pay:
