Job Description

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial operations, is seeking an Industrial Specialist to join their team. As an Industrial Specialist, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
What's the Job? Analyze current manufacturing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement optimized production methods to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Design layout plans for manufacturing facilities to maximize space utilization and workflow. Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard operating procedures. Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. 1-3 years of relevant industry experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
