Job Description

Process Engineer We are seeking a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for optimizing manufacturing processes? Do you thrive in fast-paced industrial environments and enjoy driving efficiency and continuous improvement? If so, come join this dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and improving manufacturing processes within a fast-paced industrial facility. You will work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure processes are efficient, cost-effective, and meet the highest quality standards while supporting production goals.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Analyzing and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives
  • Monitoring production performance and troubleshooting process issues
  • Developing and maintaining process documentation, standard work, and procedures
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support new product launches and process changes
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards The ideal candidate will have:
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial, or related field)
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
