Work cross‑functionally with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Production. Develop SOPs, training content, and technical documentation that drive consistency. Advance continuous improvement with Lean, 6S, and root‑cause analysis. Are You a Match? BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related). 0-3 years of manufacturing experience. Analytical thinker with strong problem‑solving skills. Collaborative, curious, and eager to learn. Comfortable in a dynamic production environment.
