Job Description
Are you obsessed with cutting waste, optimizing routes, and making operations run like clockwork? We are looking for a sharp, data-driven Industrial Engineer to join our team and lead high-impact optimization projects across our automotive facility. If you look at a crowded plant floor and instantly see a puzzle waiting to be solved, this is the role for you. In this position, you won't just be maintaining the status quo-you will be the architect of leaner logistics and smarter facility management. Your first major missions? Overhauling our plant-wide material recycling routes to maximize efficiency and aligning our multi-building facility schedules into a synchronized, well-oiled machine.

Analyze the generation points of cardboard (e.g., unboxing areas near assembly lines). Frequency & Route Standard Work:
Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the new, optimized routes. Determine the optimal frequency of collection based on line-side accumulation rates rather than arbitrary schedules. Headcount Reduction / Resource Allocation:
Use the data from the time studies to calculate the exact workload (Takt time vs. Cycle time for collection).
