Job Summary We are looking for Process Engineer to support industrial projects across the United States. We are seeking professionals with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial automation who can identify opportunities for improvement and develop practical solutions to optimize production performance. Duties Experience optimizing manufacturing processes and production lines. Knowledge of industrial automation and manufacturing operations. Ability to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Experience reducing cycle times and increasing production efficiency. Ability to identify process bottlenecks and implement effective solutions. Experience with commissioning activities and technical troubleshooting. Focus on continuous improvement, process reliability, and product quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering troubleshooting, tooling specialists, quality assurance, and production staff to implement continuous improvement strategies. Analyze engineering data to monitor process performance metrics and prepare reports for management review. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field; certifications in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing are preferred. Must be a US Citizen ot have TN visa English B2 or higher Proven experience practicing in an industrial or manufacturing engineering role within a factory environment. Expertise in process engineering techniques including root cause analysis, industrial equipment troubleshooting, and process improvement initiatives.
