BuzzBallz.com Company/Location Overview BuzzBallz is a beverage manufacturer producing ready-to-drink cocktails and spirits in Carrollton, TX. Our facility is located at 2114 McDaniel Dr., Carrollton, TX 75006. Job Description/Responsibilities BuzzBallz is seeking a driven Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead process optimization and productivity initiatives across manufacturing operations. This role focuses on improving safety, quality, service, cost, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) by identifying opportunities, implementing solutions, and driving sustainable change. The Continuous Improvement Engineer partners with operations, quality, and technical teams to enhance performance, reduce waste, and build efficient, standardized processes that support long-term growth.
Key highlights of the role:
Lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Analyze production data to identify performance gaps, root causes, and opportunities for process optimization. Partner with Operations, Quality, and Maintenance teams to implement process improvements and resolve production issues. Support CAPEX planning and execution for projects that improve capacity, efficiency, and cost performance. Develop, document, and standardize processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and PDCA methodologies. Support audits and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications/Requirements Requirements (Must-Have) Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required. Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion. Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization. Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have) Experience in process design, implementation, and optimization within manufacturing operations. Experience in alcohol beverage, food manufacturing, or consumer packaged goods (CPG). Bilingual in English and Spanish is a huge plus Experience driving change initiatives within an organization. Strong planning and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
