  • Perform maintenance and operation of all making, and packaging equipment in production to ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements in accordance with established company policies and procedures while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Ensure packaged goods are properly filled, sealed, labeled, baled, palletized and stretched wrapped in accordance with customer and/or Global Tobacco LLC (the Company) standards.
  • Perform metal detector checks, test weighing of packed bags, inspecting pallets and raw materials prior to use, cleaning machinery and accurately completing all required documentation as assigned to ensure efficient operation of the Making and Packaging Department.
  • Safely operate machinery, machine tools, industrial forklifts, and yard tractors as required to support packaging operations.
