As an Industrial Engineer, you will provide technical and application support for the Electronics Advanced Facilities team (US location flexible - remote role). Each day, you will leverage your industry expertise to lead project teams of industrial engineering professionals to design and support state-of-the-art semiconductor facilities. Your main responsibility will be to support the development of the base build factory design and coordinate the requirements with clients, subcontractors, project management, and Jacobs' disciplines. This includes validating utility planning and optimizing equipment layouts while considering all aspects of a fully operational facility. Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
Must have a Professional Engineer License in Industrial and Systems, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
Must be able to obtain Professional Engineer License in OR, ID, and NY at start of employment
Minimum of 10 years of industry experience in semiconductor fab design, manufacturing, or closely related field
Ability to travel globally 5% to 15% of the time
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Data analysis experience using MS Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ideally, you'll also have:
Familiarity with equipment specifications written in CSI Master format
Experience using database tools
Experience with Automated Material Handling Systems (AMHSs)
Expertise in semiconductor manufacturing tools used for logic chips, memory, and advanced packaging
Experience managing technical teams
