Job Description
Drives the go-to-market strategy for technical solutions The Industrial Engineer plays a key role in driving the adoption and implementation of advanced technical solutions across manufacturing environments and production lines. This role collaborates closely with sales teams and customers to identify opportunities, support solution deployment and ensure long-term satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background and a passion for solving complex challenges in production settings. What You'll Bring Minimum five (5) years of experience in manufacturing or production environments, required. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field) a plus. Experience working with production lines, involving and related applications. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to travel for customer visits and solution implementation. Problem-solving mindset and resilience in overcoming challenges. Passion for continuous learning and long-term commitment to the role. Demonstrates the ability to build and maintain sustainable client relationships that drive long-term sales growth and customer loyalty. Strong problem-solving skills. Will not take no for an answer. Willingness and flexibility to travel, including multi-day business trips to customer locations. Team player with excellent communication skills; capable of managing internal and external stakeholders and training team members.
