Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to reduce waste, increase output, and ensure cost-effectiveness. Develop and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance consistency and quality. Ensure production processes meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to integrate new tools and systems. Provide training and support to ensure adoption of new processes and tools. Work closely with plant managers, production teams, and logistics personnel to identify and address operational challenges. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across plant operations, including production rates, material usage, and downtime. Use data to develop and present reports to leadership. Experience and abilities you will need: Required Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills Abilitites Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field, or relevant experience. 3+ years of experience in process engineering, operations management, or continuous improvement, preferably in the construction/building materials industry Valid Driver's License Proficiency and Strong analytical skills in data analysis techniques and tools Experience in administering reliability systems, and asset tracking solutions. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards applicable to equipment reliability and maintenance (OSHA/MSHA). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. During on-call periods, the employee must be prepared to respond to work-related communications and incidents in a timely manner.
