Job Description

The Industrial Engineer is responsible for maintaining production lines at maximum efficiency and the lowest possible cost. This role supports production through process development, line balancing, training oversight, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure operational success, quality, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Production & Process Engineering Coordinate activities related to new product introductions on production lines. Perform line balancing to optimize efficiency and throughput. Develop and maintain production processes and operational standards. Supervise and support process-related training activities. Continuous Improvement Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency and resource utilization. Provide constructive feedback to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and safety within assigned operations. Quality, Safety & Compliance Identify and report abnormalities that could impact operational performance or quality. Notify supervisors when manufacturing tools or equipment negatively affect product quality and coordinate corrective actions. Adjust production processes or propose alternatives to prevent quality issues. Conduct audits and inspections in compliance with defined safety measures. Ethics, Conduct & Reporting Report incidents involving workplace violence, verbal abuse, or sexual harassment. Report suspected criminal activity, conflicts of interest, or misuse of company resources. Perform additional duties or objectives as assigned by the Engineering Department.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering required. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred; ideal experience level is 2 years.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with administrative or manufacturing systems. AutoCAD knowledge preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

RBA / SA8000
Responsible Business Alliance (Basic) Safety Awareness & Security Awareness Cultural Diversity Awareness Code of Conduct Integrated Management Systems Work Environment Manufacturing and production environment. Requires adherence to safety standards and procedures.
