You will be the Industrial Engineer Sr (Level 3) for the MFC Enterprise Industrial Engineering team. Our team is responsible for applying advanced analytical skills and industrial engineering concepts to support capacity analyses and future planning using simulation modeling. What You Will Be Doing As the Industrial Engineer Sr (Level 3) you will be responsible for driving capacity simulation initiatives, developing models, analyzing results, and collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Design and implement simulation models for capacity forecasting. Analyze simulation outputs to identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to integrate model insights. Prepare technical reports and presentations for leadership. Maintain and enhance modeling tools and documentation. - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related discipline (Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, etc.) Demonstrated ability to work with and present to multiple levels of management Experience working in SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems Experience working with Simio Simulation Modeling platform Ability to obtain a secret security clearanceDesired Skills:
Experience in aerospace defense industry Ability to develop automated data visuals/tools that support improvement processes Tableau / SQL / Python / Data Analytics experience Experience with working in a manufacturing environment Experience coordinating analyses across multiple production facilities Experience in performing foundational Industrial Engineering analysis at varying levels (Span Analysis, Capacity Analysis, Cost Evaluations, etc.)Security Clearance Statement:
