Lower-Tier IAMD:

Advanced Programs development portfolio. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Conducting scheduled product source inspections, first‑article reviews, and product‑line validations in accordance with AS9102 and other applicable standards. Providing internal and supplier support for root‑cause analysis and corrective‑preventive actions tied to Supplier Corrective Action Requests. Acting as the technical liaison for quality‑engineering matters, including MRB participation and material review activities. Performing ongoing surveillance of supplier conformance to Lockheed Martin requirements and delivering weekly status reports. Ensuring supplier contract flow‑down requirements are implemented, verified, and continuously monitored. Basic Qualifications:

STEM degree at the Bachelor level or above in one of the following disciplines: Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience/combined education Must have ability to obtain security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship Experience with performing First Article Inspections to AS9102 requirements

Quality Experience:

Supplier Quality, Program Quality, or equivalent Demonstrated Leadership and Customer Relationship Management skills Experience with AS9100 and/or

ISO 9001

Quality Management Systems Desired Skills:

Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) Demonstrated understanding of audit techniques Strong understanding of engineering requirements and mechanical and electrical inspection methods — ability to interpret drawings, specifications, contracts that will enable development and review of QE Processes, and related Performance Metrics Experience with control and disposition of non-conforming Material (Material Review Board) An understanding and knowledge of special processes and an overall understanding of how to manage and interface with suppliers daily to support the Program Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment An extensive understanding of the MFC SAP / ERP and P2P business systems ASQ Certification or Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt/Black Belt) Strong familiarity with New Product Development Experience with source inspection and surveillance activities at suppliers

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
