Job Description

Gardner Glass Products is a leading manufacturer of glass products, renowned for its innovation and commitment to quality since its founding. With manufacturing facilities across multiple locations, the company continues to expand its product offerings and operational capabilities to meet growing customer demands. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Industrial Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will optimize manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives across our production facilities. Your expertise will help streamline operations, enhance product quality, and ensure safety standards are maintained at all times. Analyze manufacturing workflows and develop efficient process layouts Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and increase productivity on the assembly line. Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and develop effective corrective actions. Lead continuous improvement projects by applying industrial engineering techniques aligned with
ISO 9001
standards. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with strong mechanical knowledge. Familiarity with industrial equipment including vision inspection systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and CNC machines preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and process troubleshooting. Experience with lean manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives. Pay:
$45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
