You will monitor supplier performance, drive daily supplier quality issues to closure, analyze supplier issues across Air Handling Unit (AHU) plants, and track supplier cost of poor quality and initiate supplier chargebacks. How you will do it Work closely alongside the plant Quality Engineers to address supplier issues. Assess and qualify potential suppliers based on capability, quality, cost, and compliance criteria. Work with suppliers to resolve performance issues and implement corrective actions. Identify opportunities for supplier process improvement. Support suppliers through product launch and ramp-up phases. Communicate across the North American plants to determine the top five issues and worst performing suppliers for transfer to Corporate Supplier Quality. Work with suppliers to ensure that effective root cause and preventive actions are provided for supplier issues. Review and approve supplier corrective actions. Manage Supplier Production Part Approval Process (PPAP's). What we look for
