Position Summary We are seeking a motivated, entry-level Industrial Engineer to support daily manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives. This role focuses on analyzing production processes, optimizing efficiency, and supporting system integration to enhance overall manufacturing performance. The Industrial Engineer will collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Engineering, and IT teams to troubleshoot issues, streamline processes, and support automation and digitalization efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Provide real-time engineering support across day and night shifts to maintain production efficiency and operational stability Analyze production processes including cycle time, manpower utilization, and line balancing to improve capacity and efficiency Troubleshoot production issues and resolve line abnormalities to minimize downtime and quality risks Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams on continuous improvement initiatives Develop, update, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and traceability Support new product introductions, transfers, and production ramp-ups, including line setup and process validation Monitor and resolve Manufacturing Execution System (MES) issues to ensure stable system performance Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards across all manufacturing activities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field 0-3 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering (internships strongly preferred) Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, productivity improvement, and line balancing Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective communication and collaboration skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Flexibility to support different shifts based on operational needs Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and production line layout planning Familiarity with ERP or MES systems Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese Why Apply?
