Production Engineer

Title:

Production Engineer Introduction:

The Production Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining highly available, scalable, and resilient systems. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and enforce best practices for security, compliance, and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end operational responsibilities including monitoring, incident response, root cause analysis, capacity planning, and automation. Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to optimize system performance and reliability in production environments. Proactively detect, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and improve service-level objectives. Document operational procedures, runbooks, and system architecture for knowledge sharing and compliance.
