Job Description
Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Industrial Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for improving operational efficiency across production, procurement, and project execution. Job Duties Analyze production and operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and waste Design and implement robust performance metrics and dynamic dashboards to monitor progress, providing clear, actionable insights to leadership. Conduct thorough assessments of manufacturing capabilities, accurately calculate production capacities, and collaborate with the production control team to ensure seamless workflow optimization. Drive labor productivity enhancements through the development and deployment of industry best practices and Lean Manufacturing principles. Utilize statistical analysis and data modeling techniques to identify trends, predict outcomes, and support strategic decision-making in manufacturing and supply chain operations. Manage cross-functional projects aimed at process improvements and new product introductions, ensuring timely completion within budgetary constraints. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Preferred:
2+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations environments Advanced Microsoft Office skills SQL, Python, MATLAB, programming skills is a plus Strong organizational, prioritization, planning, and time management skills Works independently and responsibly without close supervision Location This position will be on-site based in Sugar Land, Texas.
