In this role, you will leverage your bachelor's degree in engineering or science to resolve complex quality issues, manage non-conformances and CAPAs, and drive continuous improvement across a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Redmond, Washington job type: Contract salary: $52 - 71 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Investigate and disposition internal and supplier-driven non-conformances (NCs), CAPAs, and quality issues within Trackwise and MRB.Perform root cause analysis and lead cross-functional problem-solving huddles to resolve critical manufacturing and supplier quality challenges.

Drive continuous process improvements, PPAP activities, equipment qualifications, and process validations to optimize production throughput.

Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders on complaint investigations, Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs), and facility transfers.

Pivot quickly in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment to troubleshoot time-sensitive issues and minimize production downtime.

qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline. Strong background in root cause analysis, non-conformance investigations, and manufacturing or supplier quality support. Exceptional communication, investigative, and influencing skills with the ability to lead discussions and thrive in time-sensitive situations.
