Job Description Job Description & Skill Requirement:

'

• Study Assembly Lines/ Processes and identify areas for improvement as per Lean Principles
  
• Perform Time Study and Line Balancing
• Elemental breakdown, Video Time study
• All Processes (Stations & Operator), VA/NVA/RNVA analysis, Develop Current State Line Balancing, Muri Analysis
  
• Develop Value Stream Mapping
• Current State VSM
• Identify bottlenecks, wastes and inefficiencies, Capacity analysis and Current baselining, Future State VSM, Current state vs Future state
  
• Identify Process and productivity improvement opportunities for entire process with Level 1,2,3 improvement suggestions report and roadmap
  
• Develop/ re-write Standard work instructions, Video work instructions
  
• Analysis of Root Cause for the quality failures, defects, downtimes etc., and support in corrective action & Kaizen / improvement identification with detailed implementation plan
  
• Support in Fixture design as per requirements
