- 35% Support the Production Supervisor with daily production activities across all manufacturing departments to support on-time delivery of precision micro molds and tooling.
- 30% Ensure work orders, travelers, drawings, inspection documentation, and engineering revisions are accurate and available before production begins.
- 10% Prepare production status reports, schedule updates, KPI dashboards, and operational summaries. Maintain ERP/MRP system accuracy by updating work order status and production information. Facilitate daily production meetings and communicate priorities across departments. Track schedule performance, labor utilization, and delivery metrics. Continuous Improvement
- 10% Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Identify workflow improvements that increase production efficiency and reduce lead times. Support implementation of standardized operational procedures and visual management systems. Assist leadership in developing production metrics and reporting tools.
