MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
The CNC Process Engineer is a part of the RB Industrial's Engineering Team and is responsible for various engineering functions on & off the production floor including but not limited to the following. Time Studies. Design of holding fixtures, gauging & tooling. New Tooling Trials. Documentation of new Layouts. Process improvement. CNC process knowledge Approved Card Changes. Tool and Die experience ECO and ECR processing General Quality systems knowledge Training Co-Workers. Other duties as assigned Maintain
ISO-9001 2008
Certification Standards.
Requirements:
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Mechanical — Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. Mathematics — Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, trigonometry and their applications in a fast paced production facility. Production and Processing — Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture of goods. Computers — Working knowledge with Microsoft Office, Solidworks, Adobe, notepad. Engineering and Technology — Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods
