Job Title:
Launchpad Technician Job Description Join our team to support the construction of the launch pad, mount, and tower for Starship rocket launches. We welcome a diverse range of experiences including Electricians, Avionics, Fluids Technicians, Mechanics, Navy/nuke, Instrumentation, and Integration Technicians. Responsibilities- Perform various tasks to construct the launch pad, mount, and tower for Starship launches.
- Install electrical systems and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- conduit bending, cable termination, and wire pulling.
- Conduct piping layout and installation.
- Calibrate, repair, and maintain mechanical and electronic components.
- Ensure quality inspection of harnessing and cables.
- Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and piping diagrams. Essential Skills
- 3+ years of professional experience in construction electrical environments or similar fields.
- Experience in industries such as Shipyard, Oil/Gas, Aerospace, or Petro.
- Hands-on experience with electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation work.
- Proficiency with power tools and hand tools.
- Experience working with 480V electrical systems.
- Understanding of blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
