Mechanical Technician

Job Description:

Tinsman Auto is looking for a skilled and reliable Automotive Technician to join our team. This position involves working on a wide range of vehicles and handling everything from routine maintenance to major mechanical repairs. If you take pride in your work and can handle both basic and complex jobs, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, brakes, and inspections Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues accurately Complete major repairs such as engine swaps and transmission replacements Work on a variety of makes and models (domestic and foreign) Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate effectively with team members and management

Requirements:

3-5 years of automotive repair experience required Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Own tools preferred ASE certification is a plus, but not required Valid driver's license

Work Schedule:

40-60 hours per week Some Saturdays may be required
