  • Full-time Parker Interior Plantscape is in search of a dedicated landscape laborer to join our team in Atlantic City, NJ.
We are looking for reliable and motivated workers with a willingness to learn. We will train the right candidate. Every day is different, and priorities change throughout the season. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Ability to work in all seasonal conditions Operate landscape hand equipment and power equipment Install interior and exterior landscape materials & plantings Watering, pruning, mulching, mowing, raking, weeding, flower bed maintenance, trimming, fertilizing, spring/fall clean ups Pesticide applicator or operator license preferred but not required. General hours are 6:00 am-2:30 pm but must be flexible with hours and some weekends may be required
Qualifications:
Horticultural:
1 year (Preferred)
Landscaping:
1 year (Preferred) Driver's license (preferred) Pay commensurate with skill level, experience, motivation and passion. Must have strong work ethic, be detail orientated and have a positive attitude Must provide exceptional customer service at all times and build relationships Ability to follow instructions Reliable transportation Ability to speak, read, and write English Strong time management skills Physical/Environmental elements for this position: Applicant must be able to do the following for the majority of the shift: Lift and/or carry up to 45 lbs. with ability to push or pull carts up to 100 lbs., bend, kneel, stand and walk, use stairs and ladders, drive, use hand tools, push and pull, reach overhead, and twist, etc. The work environment will vary for each job, IE subject to weather conditions (cold or hot temperatures, rain), loud noises, etc. We are an equal opportunity employer.
