You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery, diagnosing mechanical issues, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently to support production goals.
Responsibilities include:
Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and production equipment. Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on industrial equipment and machinery. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and identify root causes of failures. Replace or repair defective mechanical components, conveyors, motors, belts, bearings, and related systems. Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and technical drawings. Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and repair documentation. Assist with equipment installation, setup, and testing. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety procedures and company policies. Maintain a clean and organized maintenance workspace. Coordinate with production and management teams to minimize downtime. Attend work regularly and report on scheduled shifts on time. Other duties may be assigned based on operational needs such as production line assembly, fork truck operation, or warehousing.
What You Bring:
Minimum 2 years of experience working in the maintenance and repair of machinery or equipment. Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and work in industrial environments throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Attention to safety is important Experience with industrial manufacturing equipment is preferred.

$24.00 per hour
