Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing mechanical issues. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge in a fast-paced environment that values innovation, precision, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Achieves project milestones through daily deployment of mechanical assemblers based on skills, experience, and standard work.
Areas of focus include:
  • Know the daily plan and ensure that mechanical assembly team members have the proper tools, parts, and skills to achieve success.
  • Perform mechanical assembly processes based on daily needs and plans.
  • Assure that the quality of LEL products is maintained to business standards.
  • Solve for root cause of problems to assure continuous flow.
  • Prioritize work to assure daily plans are achieved successfully.
  • Measure daily mechanical build performance against plans and work to solve for disruptions to flow.
  • Work directly with Electrical and Fabrication teams to assure that flow is maintained.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement positive process change.
  • Develop Standard Work for all critical processes
  • Other duties appropriate to the skill level and experience to meet real-time needs of the business
  • Drill tap and dye experience
  • Previous mechanical experience
  • Ability to use power tools
  • Hard piping experience
  • Pipe threading and stainless steel tubing experience
  • Generator experience a plus

Continuous Improvement Pay:
$23.00 - $26.00 per hour
