Assesses and analyzes production test data, and suggests any corrective actions for identified deficiencies within the equipment. Sets up routine maintenance schedules and suggest new processes or upgrades to enhance overall efficiency

Job Description
- Experience in Final Assembly Manufacturing, Ordnance, and/or Assembly, Integration, and Test environments
- Experience managing projects in a production/manufacturing environment
- High volume/high-rate production experience
- Willingness/ability to present to high level customers and LM senior and executive-level leadership
- Must be a United States citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance ## Desired Skills
- Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred) or equivalent experience/combined education
- Experience in Ramp to Rate, Accelerated Production, and/or Automated Production environments
- Team Leadership or Project Management Experience of a Multi-Functional/Discipline TeamExperience with defect trend analysis, root cause/corrective actionDemonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Customers, Engineering, Material, Quality, and other functions, as required
- Lean Six Sigma / LM21 Certified (Green or Black Belt)
- Process Improvement ExperienceExperience in financial estimating and planning cost account milestones
- Experience in, or adjacent to, assembly/manufacturing, manufacturing engineering and/or test engineering, with knowledge of hardware integration and test flows
- Experience working with SAP, ePDM, CREO, CAMEO, Apriso, VECAMS, PMP Database and/or Lockheed Martin Automation Framework Software, or industry equivalent
- Excellent verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build solid relationships with customer, program management, and team members
- Familiarity with any of the Lockheed Martin Business Areas (Aeronautics, MFC, RMS, or Space)
- Scheduling Experience (in manufacturing or similar)
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
