Position Overview International is currently searching for a Manufacturing Engineer Sr. - S13 Assembly to join our Huntsville Engine Plant.

Monday through

Thursday:

7:30 PM - 6:00 AM Responsibilities

+ Support 2nd Shift for S13 Diesel Engine Assembly Line in day-to-day production activities to help meet customer product demand

+ React to equipment uptime issues and drive towards permanent, cost-effective, and long-term solutions

+ Perform research, design, and development of manufacturing processes including production flow, assembly methods, and production equipment

+ Assist in the accomplishment of plant quality and production objectives

+ Perform product/process analysis for safety/ergonomics, quality improvement, and improved efficiency

+ This position is an active on the floor support position which could entail standing for long periods of time Minimum Requirements

+ Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of product manufacturing experience OR

+ Master's degree and no experience OR

+ At least 3 years of product manufacturing experience Additional Requirements

+ Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. + Strong CAD experience, AutoCAD and NX Team Center preferred

+ Ability to design and implement 3D printed tools and fixtures

+ Familiarity with assembly tools including Atlas Copco DC torque tools, Camera Vision Systems, AGV's, etc.

+ Must be proficient in computer usage including MS Office.

+ Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, etc.

+ Familiarity with quality tools and processes including 8D Root Cause Analysis, PFMEA, etc.

+ Must have thorough mechanical understanding of machines, tools, vehicles, and their design

+ Must be able to work well in a dynamic manufacturing environment with positive attitude, ethics, and International Values

+ Must demonstrate advanced reasoning skills, problem sensitivity, and data analysis

+ Must have advanced mathematical skills; be able to use engineering judgment and critical thinking

USD $78,400.00/Yr.
