We offer precision electronic assembly and engineering services to customers with needs-driven, non-commodity products. We partner with companies who have unique product needs and who seek a high level of reliability, commitment and professional service from their manufacturing partners. Duties/Responsibilities Provide Process Engineering Support for PCB assembly operations Generate and maintain programs for AOI equipment. Generate and maintain selective solder programs. Programming for Conformal Coating machine Programming for BGA Rework machine (knowledge of Ersa equipment a plus) CAM and CAD experience Skills/Experience/Education/Training Required Minimum 3 Years of Electronics Manufacturing Experience Preferred BS Degree in Engineering or related discipline Must be familiar with IPC-610 and J STD workmanship standards, certification preferred. Knowledgeable in continuous improvement techniques and problem solving.
