We are hiring - Unit Leader (Manufacturing Engineering & Operations) We are looking for a Unit Leader to lead a high-performing Manufacturing Engineering scope in a demanding aeronautical environment. This role is not just about managing operations - it is about driving performance, leading people, and representing industrial excellence towards our customers. Your mission As Unit Leader, you will be responsible for the overall performance of your scope combining Manufacturing Engineering, operations, quality, cost, delivery and people management. You will act as a key interface between internal teams and the customer, ensuring alignment between industrial capabilities and operational commitments. What you will do Operations & Performance Lead Manufacturing Engineering and operational activities Ensure delivery, quality, cost and safety objectives (SQCDP) Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives Leadership & Team Management Manage and develop Operation Leaders and teams under your responsibility Ensure staffing, workload planning and performance management Customer Interface Act as the main operational contact for the customer Present KPIs, performance reviews and improvement plans Represent and promote the company's industrial expertise Industrial & Business Management Monitor budget, costs and operational performance Ensure alignment of resources, tools and capabilities with business needs Quality & Compliance Ensure compliance with aerospace standards, safety and internal procedures Manage risks, audits and corrective actions Profile 5-8 years experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Operations or Aerospace environment Strong leadership and team management experience Solid understanding of industrial processes, quality and performance management Customer-facing experience is a strong plus
